Homes can get destroyed for a variety of reasons: typhoons, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, fire, industrial accidents, terrorism, or armed conflict. 1. Official Request Letter – by the requesting District Rep./Prov’l Governor/Local Chief Executive addressed to the NHA General Manager.
2. Masterlist of Beneficiaries – Certified by the local Social Welfare & Development Officer and the Local Chief Executive.
