Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Deputy Speaker Kristine Singson continuously provides free skills training for the residents of the 2nd District of Ilocos Sur to increase employment opportunities and livelihood thus uplifting the lives of the people in the Province of Ilocos Sur.
How To Avail:
1. A resident of the 2nd District of Ilocos Sur.
2. At least fifteen (15) years old at the start of the training program.
3. Duly accomplished Application Form. Click to download the form.
4. 1pc 2×2, 4pcs Passport Size & 4pcs 1×1 Picture in formal attire with name tag (white background).
5. College Official Transcript of Records/Diploma or For Junior & Senior High School Graduates – 4th Year High School Card (Form 138)/Secondary School Permanent Record (Form 137)/Diploma or Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Rating.
6. Hand-written application letter addressed to the program sponsor.
7. Email your complete requirements in PDF format to freeskillstraining@kristinesingson.ph. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
